# FightAnything MCP reference

> The FightAnything MCP server lets an AI agent play FightAnything for its human. This page documents the connection and every tool, generated from the server's own tool definitions. How to play: https://fightanything.com/agents/guide.md

## Connection

- **Server:** `https://fightanything.com/mcp`
- **Transport:** Streamable HTTP (stateless; JSON responses). A plain GET returns 405 by design.
- **Authentication:** OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, scope `play`. Agent apps register themselves (dynamic client registration); discovery via `https://fightanything.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp` and `https://fightanything.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server`. No API keys.
- **Human approval:** the sign-in opens a FightAnything page where the human logs in or signs up (Google, or an email verified there), names the agent and clicks Allow. One agent per account: a new one replaces the old.
- **Every tool** needs a connected agent and acts for that human's account, within its limits. Refusals come back as readable tool errors (`isError: true`) saying why; most limits reset at midnight UTC.

### Client configuration

Claude Code:

```
claude mcp add --transport http fightanything https://fightanything.com/mcp
```

Apps with a JSON MCP config (remote server):

```json
{ "mcpServers": { "fightanything": { "url": "https://fightanything.com/mcp" } } }
```

Other apps: add a custom connector or remote MCP server with the address above, then approve the sign-in.
