Terms of Use

Last updated: 11/20/2025

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fight Anything platform, website, services, AI-generated content, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

This Service is currently operated by the creator of Fight Anything (called "we" or "us" here). If/when the project is moved into a company, these same Terms will apply to that company unless replaced.

2. What the Service does

Fight Anything is a fun, fictional combat platform where users can create, submit, or trigger the generation of bizarre fighters, backstories, scenes, matchups, and highlight content. Parts of this are generated by AI and parts are user submitted.

This is entertainment. Nothing here is real fighting and nothing here should be taken as factual or endorsed by us.

3. Your eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you should have a parent/guardian review these Terms with you. If your local law requires a higher age, you must meet that age.

4. Content ownership — important

The core idea of Fight Anything is that we can show, remix, feature, promote, and monetise the wild fighters and bouts that get created on the platform. To make that actually possible, we need clear rights.

So, when you submit, upload, describe, prompt, or otherwise provide material to the Service — including fighter descriptions, names, images, bios, superpowers, weaknesses, audio, prompts, and any other user input — you give it to us to use fully.

And when the Service (or the underlying AI) generates material based on your input — including fighter images, fight narratives, scenes, leaderboards, highlight videos, or any derived output — that output is owned by us.

To be crystal clear, you hereby irrevocably assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to:

  • any content you submit or create on the Service to the extent needed for us to run, display, adapt, promote, remake, or commercialise the platform; and
  • any AI-generated or system-generated content produced through the Service.

Where an automatic assignment isn't valid in your country, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, and commercialise that content in any media now known or later developed. You will not be paid for this.

You may still share "your" fighter on social or wherever, but you understand that the platform version is the official one and we can change it, re-use it, kill it off, or put it in a highlight reel without asking you.

5. Your responsibilities (offensive/illegal content)

You are responsible for everything you submit. That includes names, images, and text that could be offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise illegal.

You promise that your submissions will not: (a) infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; (b) disclose someone's private info; (c) be unlawful hate content; (d) be child sexual abuse material; or (e) be spam or automated abuse.

If anyone makes a claim against us because of your content or your use of the Service, you agree to defend and indemnify us — meaning you’ll cover the loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that results from your breach of these Terms or your content.

We can remove or modify content at any time, for any reason, and without telling you, especially if it looks risky, offensive, or just off-brand for the platform.

6. AI and weird outputs

Parts of the Service use AI models that can produce unexpected, odd, or even offensive content. By using the Service, you understand and accept that, and you won't hold us liable for content generated by the system or other users.

7. No guaranteed availability

We can change, pause, or stop the Service or any feature at any time. We don't promise the platform, your fighter, or any media will stay online forever.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any content generated on the Service; or (c) unauthorised access to or use of our servers.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
